This website is designed to assist you in registering yourself for classes for the fall. You must realize that reading this carefully is important, absolutely vital. A good idea might be to print each page and read it from the hard copy. That way you can even make notes on the copy as you read.
When you finish following the instructions at this website, you will have your official schedule for the Fall 2008 semester. This schedule will be already entered into NC State’s data base and you will have nothing else to do except move in and attend classes.
Your schedule will be checked by Academic Programs personnel to make sure there are no serious mistakes. Any help you need will be provided by email. You will have an acceptable schedule so do not worry about this part of your first semester.
An excellent resource to use in making this schedule is another NC State student!! If you have a friend who attends NCSU, ask them to help you but make sure they follow the guidelines here for choosing your classes. A student at another college or university would also be a big help since most schools register on line now.
Finally, don’t worry. We will work with you and make it as easy as possible.
