PLANT MANAGER
CINTAS Corporation, the nation's largest uniform services provider, is looking for a PLANT MANAGER for our Greensboro, NC location. Requirements include: Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of production management experience, P&L and budget experience, customer service attitude, strong work ethic, and interest in being promoted strictly on performance. Our plant management positions are very "hands on" in a light industrial environment. An engineering degree is a plus, but not required. Duties include monitoring production flow, material costs, wastewater management, and overall management of a multi-shift, industrial laundry environment. The Plant Manager at CINTAS has P&L and budget responsibility, leadership of the Production Supervisors, as well as the complete management of day-to-day activities of the plant.
