If you cannot attend the Job Forum and Career Fair, please contact us with your job postings, and to schedule your on-campus, telephone or video-conference interviews with our office between September and May…but do not wait too long! Many of our top December and May graduates usually accept positions before January.

We anticipate the 2013 Job Forum and Career Fair, scheduled for Thursday, September 12th (with optional on-campus interviewing on Friday, September 13th), to be a great success. To participate in the upcoming career fair, contact Kent Hester at kent_hester@ncsu.edu by August 16th. We look forward to working with you to fill your internship and full-time staffing needs throughout the upcoming year. If you cannot attend this year's Job Forum & Career Fair, mark your long-range calendars for the 2014 College of Textiles Job Forum and Career Fair, which is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, September 11, 2014 (information sessions, career fair and graduates' dinner), with optional interviewing opportunities available on Friday, September 12, 2014.

Part-time and Summer Jobs

Students receive assistance finding part-time jobs through Student and Career Services. Annually the office helps numerous students find on-campus jobs, and more than 200 rising juniors and seniors are placed in summer jobs with textile companies throughout the United States.

Students can also find assistance while searching for summer jobs through Student and Career Services. There are opportunities for students to co-op and even get summer jobs as early as the summer after their freshman year.
