System Control LCD Panel
Located on the slide out panel just to the right of the monitor
Main Menu Buttons
- VCR button switches to VCR menu and controls
- DOC CAM button sends the document camera input to the projector
- Laptop button sends the laptop input to the projector (document camera must also be powered on and switched to EXT via the INT/EXT button)
- PC button sends desktop input to the projector
- Slides switches to the menu and controls for the 35mm slide projector
- Proj. On powers on the (ceiling mounted) data projector
- Proj. Off powers off the (ceiling mounted) data projector
- Pict. Mute On hides input to data projector
- Pict. Mute Off reveals input to data projector
VCR Menu Buttons
- Play button plays VHS tape
- Stop button stops VHS tape
- Pause button pauses VHS tape
- FFWD button fast forwards VHS tape
- REW button rewinds VHS tape
35mm Slide Projector Menu Buttons
- PWR button powers on 35mm slide projector
- FWD displays the next slide
- REV displays the previous slide
- FOC+ focuses the image in
- FOC- focuses the image out
Display Document Camera Through Projector
- Make sure projector is on (indicated by green light on projector). If projector is not on, press "PROJ ON" button on the LCD Main Menu.
- Press "DOC CAM" button (on LCD Main Menu) until the document camera input is displayed on the projector.
Document Camera Controls (on document camera)
- Press Power to toggle between ON and OFF
- Press Lamp to toggle between upper and lower lighting
- Press INT/EXT to toggle between document camera and laptop (if present)
- Press AWC for automatic color balance
- Press Freeze to freeze/unfreeze image
- Press NEGA/POSI for negative/positive image
- Press Iris to adjust brightness
- Press Zoom to zoom image in/out
- Press Focus to focus image
Display Desktop Computer Through Projector
- Make sure projector is on (indicated by green light on projector). If projector is not on, press "PROJ ON" button on the LCD Main Menu.
- Press "PC" button (on LCD Main Menu) until the desktop computer input is displayed on the projector.
Display Laptop Computer Through Projector
- Make sure projector is on (indicated by green light on projector). If projector is not on, press "PROJ ON" on LCD Main Menu.
- Make sure document camera is on (indicated by green light on document camera)
- Plug free cable from port (near LCD control panel) into back of laptop
- Press Laptop button (on LCD Main Menu) until laptop input is displayed on the screen
- Press INT/EXT button on front of document camera until laptop is displayed
*Note: If the laptop's screen is not displayed or the projector reads "No Sync", press the Fn (Function) key on the together with the corresponding CRT/LCD key (just above the number keys) on the laptop to toggle its display out to the projector via the document camera.
