WebCT Vista: Granting User Access for a Course Section
- Go to http://vista.ncsu.edu/index.php
- Click on the "Instructors: Manage Sections" button and login
- Click on the link for your course under the "Manage a Section" heading
- Under the "People" heading (in red) and Below the "Individuals" heading (in grey), you will see a list of users and their type of access. Just beneath this list of user names, you will see an "add" link (in green).
- Click on the "add" link.
- Enter the unity ID or name of the person you would like to add to your Vista section and press enter.
- Check the radio button (if not already checked) to select the user to add.
- Select the "role" (level of access) you would like to grant the user and click "Add"
Note: To remove a user, simply click on the (red) "remove" link to the right of the user's name.
YOU MUST HAVE INSTRUCTOR ACCESS TO DO THE ABOVE
