Technology

Space Suit Technology a confusing word, but an exciting concept!
Technology is the creative use of science and engineering to make "stuff" like:
  • Space suits, race-car driver suits, and bathing suits!
  • Aircraft seats, automobile seats, baggy-pants seats!
  • Corvette parts, boat parts, and human body parts!
  • Medical uniforms, military uniforms, and fire fighter uniforms!
  • And don't forget socks, shirts and underwear!

Technology takes ideas and puts them to work. It takes concepts and designs and produces products. Is there any time throughout your day that you are not in contact with a textile product? (Remember soap on a string)

Technology is exciting. It forces you to think from both the creative side and analytical side of your brain. It engages the whole person.

Think creatively, think technology "textile technology"
