FTM 271 Computer Aided Design for Textiles (Developed)
This course teaches digital design fundamentals for fabric, product and portfolio design and development. Students design and produce printed and knitted fabrics using industrial software and machinery to produce designs. Computer aided simulation of product design.
TT105 Introduction to Textile Technology (Developed Design Section)
An introductory level course that covers polymers, fibers, yarn, fabric formation, dying, printing, finishing, and comfort, and the relationship of each of these components to product design and development.
