Mission Statement To establish a high quality forum relevant to the needs of global industry and higher education that will provide leadership in the timely dissemination of information dealing with all aspects of textile and apparel, technology and management.

Now available for immediate use is the Search Engine for JTATM! With this engine, searches will cover refereed and scholarly academic articles, and feature articles, such as this one.

There are two platforms for searching within JTATM. The Simple Search uses only the keywords supplied by the author(s), and allows for multiple search terms of keywords. The Advanced search capability allows for a combination of terms in the following categories:

The results of a search will provide a list of articles that contain the search terms, and for each article listed, an Abstract of the articles with the designated search term, Author, Volume and Issue number, and links to associated pages. One feature of the search engine that is designed to make the search process efficient is that the search terms used are highlighted for easy recognizition and assessment of the relevance of each the article. In addition, an icon appears by the Author(s) name and provides the Author's company affliation/organization when the mouse hovers over the icon.

This addition is just one of the few advances that have been developed to make JTATM a timely and efficient mechanism for the dissemation of textile and apparel related news and academic reporting. The next phase of advancement is the keyword index.
