Textile Skin Care
October 18, 2007
Brian Francois, Cognis Inc.
Textiles are the first interface between human beings and the surrounding world; they can contribute to feeling protected and comfortable. Comfort comes from classic passive attributes of a good fit, proper thermal and moisture management, and a pleasant hand. Today, however, they can also be transformed into cosmetotextiles—“active” players for an even better sense of well-being—by incorporating skin care or aromatherapy properties that really make a difference to the consumer.
Everyone left with their very own sample of cosmetotextiles—
Brian Francois handed out a table full of jeans, T-shirts, and other textile items!
