| Election and/or installation of new officers. |
Send names to Executive Secretary (form in ritual book) |
| Collect active member dues. |
Pay Grand Council $10 for each member no later than convention. Although, dues can be paid at anytime after collection. |
| Establish Phi Psi goals, schedule activities and plan events for the year. Remember that all of these are required for an outstanding report at convention. Think about how activities and events will relate to Oral, Written and Archive Reports. Take plenty of pictures. |

| 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree for initiates - collect dues. |
Fill out membership form for shingles and mail to executive secretary with a check for dues @ $10 each for initiates. The Executive Secretary will process the order. |

| Each chapter is responsible for ordering Phi Psi jewelry. Advisors should have information. |
If the advisor does not have info, ask Executive Secretary to send name and address of jewelry company. |
| Each chapter and/or advisor should have books on Grand Council ritual, by-laws, constitution, etc. |
If not, notify Robert walker, Grand Council Vice President for Rituals. |
| Update chapter by-laws according to grand Council changes at convention. |
Send a copy to Executive Secretary. |
| If your chapter has election of officers each semester, election and installation of new officers. |

| Senior Awards - Check with advisors after February to see if they have taken care of this matter. It takes six weeks or more to process the paper work. If a chapter has a specific date for announcing the Senior Award Winner, your certificate should arrive in time to have the dean of your university sign and have the form framed. |
Letters and forms will be sent in February to advisors and/or department chairs concerning selection for Senior Award. |
