Photographs of your chapter's activities should cover time between last convention and this convention in 2005. The new guidelines are:

use a 9"x11" binder with clear plastic for the front cover and four (4) clear plastic pages for the inside portion.

on front cover label page with Phi Psi Fraternity, Photographic Archives, name of chapter and university, year of presentation.

place pictures on paper of your choice (example: scrape book weight).

within the four clear plastic pages, insert two pages of pictures (labeled according to criteria in scorecard) into plastic. This gives a total of eight pages of pictures.
Refer to judging scorecard below to be sure you are meeting the criteria. Keep in mind how the presentation will look in a photograph.
