Photographic Archives  

Photographs of your chapter's activities should cover time between last convention and this convention in 2005. The new guidelines are: 

• use a 9"x11" binder with clear plastic for the front cover and four (4) clear plastic pages for the inside portion.

• on front cover label page with Phi Psi Fraternity, Photographic Archives, name of chapter and university, year of presentation.

• place pictures on paper of your choice (example: scrape book weight). 

• within the four clear plastic pages, insert two pages of pictures (labeled according to criteria in scorecard) into plastic. This gives a total of eight pages of pictures. 

Refer to judging scorecard below to be sure you are meeting the criteria. Keep in mind how the presentation will look in a photograph.
