Written Report

It is imperative that the Written Report be accurate as it provides important information for Grand Council. It gives a list of initiates and active members in order to determine required fees for annual dues, addresses for each member, names of officers for both semesters, those deceased, honoraries, financial statement, and an abstract of activities.

Make sure that the faculty advisor of each chapter reads information in written report before signing. Refer to attached judging scorecard to be sure you are meeting the criteria.

The revised version of Written Report will be included in the web-site which can be downloaded on to a disk. When form is completed, it should be assembled to resemble a book. Print  front/back  and  bind  on  the  left side.  Use creativity.  The report can be printed on unique paper if desired. This may mean the difference between winning and losing.
