Overview

The Champion is the connection to senior management. Tasks include finding the hidden costs, selecting projects and project leaders, defining projects, determining the infrastructure needed to launch Six Sigma, managing change in the Six Sigma environment, and strategic deployment.

Each Champion course is customized to meet the specific needs of the organization. We customize the topics as well as the amount of time needed. It can be done in one session (usually over 1-2 days) or if the executives can only do half day sessions we can
accomadate any schedule. The course is very interactive, we answer all of your questions, and takes you through the Project Selection process to get the implementation started.
