and implementation of six sigma projects. Bring your management team
to this informative overview.

Overview
This
half-day Six Sigma Executive Briefing kicks off with an informal
breakfast, followed by a welcome from Dr. Blanton A.
Godfrey, dean of the College of Textiles and former CEO of the
Juran Institute. Presenting an overview of the six sigma methodology,
Dr. Godfrey will fully explore the secret weapon of some of the
world’s most successful companies. As a benchmark of successful
implementation strategies, we have invited two companies to share
case studies of successful deployment and implementation. You
will have the opportunity to discuss how and why these two companies
have successfully implemented six sigma strategies during the
question and answer period, led by Dr. Godfrey.
During this briefing, you will also learn the details of the Six
Sigma Black Belt Training offered in partnership with College of Textiles
and IES.
Seats are limited, and only one presentation of this Six Sigma Executive
Overview is scheduled for this spring.
