TODD HATLEY  
Over the last 20 years Todd has helped organizations improve the products and services that they provide to their customers. During this time not only has he gained enormous experience in change management and leadership but he has immersed himself in the study of the methods, techniques and theories of process improvement, change, leadership and management.

Todd’s formal education includes dual Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration. He has also completed post-graduate work in statistics and organizational behavior. . Todd is a Certified Quality Manager and Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is currently pursing a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration

Todd is the founder and CEO of Integral Performance Solutions. Previously he served as the COO of HealthAnalytics. His background includes severing as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, as well as the Executive Director of the North Carolina Prehospital Medical Information System (PreMIS).  He has worked in clinical, educational and administrative positions in addition to serving as the Performance Improvement Coordinator for a large health network.

Todd has been involved in numerous national projects and organizations including membership in the North Carolina Industrial and Organizational Psychology Association, Senior Member in the American Society for Quality, Immediate Past President of the National EMS Management Association, member of the National EMS Information Systems Taskforce and faculty member for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s Quality Management Initiative.

Todd is an experienced Six Sigma Instructor that has taught Six Sigma workshops throughout the United States and Canada.  In addition, he was a contributing author to the second edition of “Improving Quality in EMS.”
