Thomas F. Trabert, Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer, Cinteger LLC leads team-based consulting initiatives drawing upon over twenty-five years of experience in project management, facilities operations, change leadership, building design and construction, and service-provider outsourcing. His vast experience in the regulation-intensive pharmaceutical industry and diverse skills in leading professional design teams for complex projects prepared him well for his innovative approach to consulting.

Mr. Trabert's professional focus includes leading change in multifaceted organizations. He earned his bachelor of science degree in architecture at the University of Detroit and attended the Institute for Change Leadership delivered by American University at GlaxoSmithKline. He is a Registered Architect Emeritus in North Carolina.

Darren M. Dasburg, P.E., MBA, Managing Partner, Cinteger LLC provides executive management consulting services drawing upon over twenty-five years of experience and research in the areas of facilities operations, project engineering, service-provider outsourcing, real estate and business management. His rich experience in the quality-focused pharmaceutical and utility energy industries prepared him well for the disciplined approach to consulting he offers his clients.

Mr. Dasburg’s professional focus includes integrating quality systems in complex organizations. He earned his MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and completed his bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering at Colorado State University. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina.
