Lean Six Sigma Team
The Six Sigma Team at NC State University consists of performance improvement professionals who have both experience and diversity. They have over 100 years of direct experience in the quality field and over 50 years of direct manufacturing, healthcare and service experience. Their areas of expertise include statistics, mechanical and electrical engineering, textile technology and chemistry, healthcare and business. They have authored numerous books and articles on quality and related areas as well as presenting at major conferences and meetings worldwide.
In addition to being excellent classroom instructors, their real value comes in assisting the companies in implementing the Lean Six Sigma philosophy and methodology to increase both their profits and customer satisfaction.
