Dr. Tushar Ghosh will be visiting the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) in Delhi and Bombay and the International Advanced Research Centre for Powder Metallurgy & New Materials (ARCI) in Hyderabad to explore potential collaborative activities and to recruit graduate students.

Dr. David Hinks is traveling to Osaka, Japan November 3 - 8. He will present a paper at ISSF2006 (International Supercritical Fluid Conference).

Dr. Martin King is traveling to Shanghai, P.R. China November 1-7. He is an invited guest speaker at the International Forum for Textile Science and Engineering Doctoral Candidates at Dong Hua University.

Dr. Peter Hauser is planning to travel to Buenos Aires, Argentina from Nov. 5 - 12. He will present a paper at the Federation of Latin American Textile Chemists (FLAQT) 2006 Conference.

Dr. Nancy Cassill, Dr. George Hodge, and Dr. Trevor Little are traveling to San Pedro Sula Honduras November 7-11. They are invited speakers at an industry workshop.
