Faculty And Research Staff

The most important asset of the department is its faculty and staff.

Textile technology and management is a discipline which draws heavily on basic sciences and engineering, as well as principles of management, including fashion, branding and supply chain management. The faculty background as well as the research conducted in the department reflect this diversity. In other words, the department puts significant emphasis on interdisciplinary research that takes advantage of the complimentary knowledge and expertise of the faculty, and also works closely with industry and government personnel in research and educational programs.

The research interest of the faculty ranges from fundamental fiber behavior to issues in global trade, new product development, and branding. Faculty, according to their teaching and research, can be grouped in the following areas.
